1. Processing Time Due to our commitment to quality, we have a slightly longer dispatch period of around 7–10 days, and if there is a delay, we'll update you via mail or WhatsApp. This allows us to ensure that every product meets our high standards before it is dispatched.

2. Order Updates Once your order is ready to dispatch, we will send you an update via email or WhatsApp. This message will include a link to track your order so you can monitor its progress.

3. Delivery Time The delivery time may vary depending on your location and the availability of the product, usually it takes 5–15 days to deliver the product after the dispatch, though the delivery time totally depends on the delivery partner. We strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible while maintaining our quality assurance processes. For international shipping and delivery, it can take approximately 20 days to deliver the product.
