Return and Refund Policy

At Femenica, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Please read our return policy carefully to understand our practices and your rights.

1. Brand Ownership Femenica is proudly owned and operated by OMI INTERNATIONAL.

2. Return or Refund Policy Due to the nature of our products, we offer a conditional return or refund policy. All sales are considered final once the purchase is completed. Returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged product; make sure to record video while unboxing. Refunds are only acceptable if the order is canceled within 3 hours of being placed. To cancel an order, you must inform us via email, WhatsApp, or call. When providing the refund, we will deduct the payment gateway charges from the received amount.

3. Refund Exceptions In rare cases where a product is out of stock, we will inform you and provide a refund for the purchase amount. The refund will only be credited to the original payment source used during the transaction within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
